  • Included in the Group plan

Premium: 5000 USD (4000 €) per year

  • Everything from Standard
  • Skype support as needed
  • One installation validation/verification per year
  • Ability to affect the priorities in Agilefant’s development backlog
  • Workdays, max 6 hours initial response time
  • Max 1 hour initial response time during European extended business hours (mon-fri, 9am CET – 9pm CET)
  • Included in the Business plan

Ultimate: 20000 USD (16000 €) per year

  • Everything from Premium
  • Dedicated Technical Account Manager
  • Direct telephone, Skype and chat support 24/7, max 30 minutes initial response hour
  • Included in the Enterprise plan
